If you have a product that needs to be returned, please contact us toll-free at 800-949-7473 x202. Please be sure to have the following information readily available for our Customer Support Specialists:

• Reason for return
• Name of product (Spirulina Natural, Organic, Greens Blend Cleansing, etc.) and size
• Best Before date
• Lot number (found next to Best Before date)
• Where and when product was purchased
• Original receipt

Our Customer Support Specialists will process your request and give you further instructions for how to return the product. You will be asked to write down a Return Authorization Number that is to be placed on the outside of the package you are returning. We ask that, when shipping back the product, you use a delivery confirmation service so that your package may be tracked and you can confirm that we have received it.

Cases of product returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
